Job Summary: Our organization seeks a Housekeeping Team Leader to coordinate and guide housekeeping staff activities, ensure cleaning quality, and train the team to deliver unique guest experiences. We are currently seeking a **Housekeeping Team Leader** to join the team at Hotel Transamérica Fit Sinop. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and guide housekeeping staff activities during the shift. * Coordinate and deliver necessary supplies for staff to perform their duties. * Coordinate special requests from guests and residents. * Assign daily tasks to staff. * Inspect vacant rooms: cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and site inspection. * Supervise cleaning of common areas and organization of housekeeping carts, pantries, and linen rooms. * Supervise room cleaning for system release. * Train staff by applying the chain's standards and procedures. * Record and archive lost-and-found items. * Assist with linen inventory. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Previous experience in this role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Together with you**, and as part of a plural and diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aim to become Brazil’s best hospitality operator—one that guests, investors, partners, and talent want to be associated with. **Shall we do this together?** Compensation: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
