Actively attract candidates matching the profiles of open positions. Conduct competency-based (technical/behavioral) interviews. Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement actions within the recruitment process. Send and track satisfaction surveys with clients and candidates. Develop sourcing strategies, including use of job platforms, social media, and referrals. Perform direct outreach to professionals via phone calls, messages, and e\-mails.
