Your role will be essential in ensuring payroll and benefits compliance for our clients, as well as supporting high-complexity strategic projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Registration, verification, and validation of new hires; * Payroll administration, calculations, monthly analyses, and submission of payroll statements; * Management of contractual changes and terminations, ensuring legal compliance; * Adherence to tax obligation and payroll-related statutory deadlines; * Submission and management of information in eSocial; * Preparation and submission of mandatory annual declarations; * Client support to clarify payroll-related inquiries. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Contimatic or similar) and end-to-end payroll processing; * Knowledge of government systems such as eSocial and Caixa; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; Excel preferred. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18** **Hybrid model after probation period (3 months)** **Benefits:** Meal allowance of BRL 34.44/day (10% employee contribution); Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; Bradesco Health Plan (10% employee contribution, based on age group); Porto Seguro Life Insurance; Education reimbursement (50% of costs, capped at BRL 400/month); TotalPass; C4Life Program; Birthday Day Off. **Why Kreston Partnership?** Here, you won’t be “just another” analyst.
