Job Summary: A Controller professional responsible for budgetary reporting, financial and accounting analyses, and performance target monitoring to optimize business results. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the annual budget and identification of improvements. Description: * Proficiency in Excel, charts, and indicators; * Experience in Controllership; * Knowledge of finance and accounting; * SAP knowledge is a plus. * Prepare and analyze budget monitoring reports to compare expenses; * Develop norms and procedures related to budgetary controls to ensure achievement of the company's financial and accounting results; * Prepare management reports and result analysis (charts and indicators); * Plan and monitor all actions related to the company's performance targets; * Conduct managerial closing in collaboration with the Controllership team; * Analyze expenses by account and cost center; * Lead the annual budget preparation process as well as the monthly variance analysis; * Identify improvement opportunities to support the company's decision-makers; * Implement and monitor the calculation of monthly accounting and managerial provisions. 2512100202181911737
