Support for audits and preparation of managerial reports with a tax focus. **Description** At Dana Cosméticos, the Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting the company’s accounting and tax routines, ensuring accuracy of accounting information, with emphasis on calculation of direct taxes, tax reconciliations, and compliance with current legislation. Their work will be fundamental to the reliability of monthly closings and to supporting managerial decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** Calculate direct taxes (IRPJ and CSLL) under the Real Profit regime, ensuring legal compliance. Address accounting department requests as directed by leadership. Prepare and review ancillary obligations ECD and ECF, ensuring timely submission in accordance with legal deadlines. Perform accounting reconciliation of tax accounts (assets, liabilities, and results), including ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, CSRF, INSS, IRRF, and ISS. Compare values calculated by the Tax Department with accounting entries to ensure data consistency. Support external audits and tax inspections by organizing and providing requested documentation and information. Prepare managerial reports and explanatory notes focused on tax impacts in financial statements. Assist in accounting system configuration, particularly for tax-related operations. Address other accounting department requests as directed by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, with active CRC registration. Prior experience in accounting routines and exposure to external audits. Proficiency in SAP (EHP8 or HANA). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). **Benefits** Meal voucher.
