Job Summary: The Operations Consultant ensures operational standards and quality across stores by monitoring KPIs and supporting franchisees and managers in their processes — essential to the brand’s success. Collaborative environment focused on learning and entrepreneurship **Mission of the Operations Consultant:** Ensure operational standards and quality across the store network by monitoring performance indicators and supporting franchisees and managers in executing Amélie and Juliette’s processes. This role is essential to the brand’s success and sustainability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor store performance (targets, sales, COGS, eNPS, P&L, etc.) and propose improvement plans; * Conduct operational visits and audits, complete checklists, and lead follow-up meetings; * Onboard and train franchisees, managers, and supervisors on Amélie and Juliette processes; * Ensure compliance with the network’s operational routines and standards; * Provide consultative support to stores, acting as a bridge between field operations and the franchisor; * Prepare reports, KPIs, and action plans to support management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (minimum); * Must reside in Rio de Janeiro/RJ; * Knowledge of process management, store operations, and best practices for food handling; * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; * Assertive communication, leadership, and consultative mindset; * Positive energy, proactivity, and focus on quality. **Additional Information** * **Competitive Salary**: R$3000.00 (three thousand Brazilian reais); * **Caju Flexible Benefit**: R$600.00 monthly to use as preferred; * **AI Reimbursement**: up to R$200.00 monthly for artificial intelligence tools; * **TotalPass**: access to gyms and physical activities; * **Birthday Day-Off**: one paid day off to celebrate; * **Paid Time Off**: 30 days annually, prorated; * **Hybrid Model**: combination of field work (stores) and remote work. #### **we are arcca,** a Brazilian franchise holding company specializing in the food sector.
