Job Summary: Responsible for centralizing interfaces between Contract Administration and internal customers, leading operational activities and ensuring service delivery within SLAs. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and prioritization of routine operational activities in the region. 2. Partnership with the Sales Force and support for internal customers. 3. Ensuring compliance with global compliance rules. **Description** Responsible for centralizing interfaces between the Contract Administration area and internal customers, leading, prioritizing, and distributing routine operational activities within the region. Ensures customer service delivery according to deadlines established in SLAs, guaranteeing efficiency, organization, and alignment with corporate processes**.** **Responsibilities** * Centralize and organize requests and demands received within the Region (Equipment, Supplies, Returns, Balances, and Renegotiations). * Establish partnership with the Sales Force, ensuring understanding and prioritization of needs and demands. * Support internal customers, acting as the interface for received requests, providing feedback and support. * Follow process workflows and use work tools, ensuring excellence in executing operational activities. * Ensure compliance with global compliance rules. * Meet agreed-upon SLAs with customers. * Manage and report performance indicators for the region under responsibility. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience supporting internal customers, with focus on delivering results and performance. * Basic English proficiency. **Competencies and Skills** * Advanced Excel knowledge. * SAP knowledge. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical mindset. * Teamwork. * Collaboration. * Discipline. * Self-management of time and deadlines. **ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker** If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
