**REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields;
SAP knowledge (desirable);
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office suite;
Driver's license category B.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Support the planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial systems;
Register, monitor, and update maintenance service orders and work requests;
Assist in managing contracts and outsourced services, tracking deadlines, scope, and deliverables;
Request and organize quotations, supporting technical and financial comparisons;
Verify invoices, service reports, and evidence of execution;
Support the preparation of simple maintenance reports (incidents, costs, recurrence of failures);
Keep maintenance controls and spreadsheets up to date;
Support initiatives aimed at reducing corrective maintenance, with a focus on prevention;
Collaborate integrally with managers, administrative staff, and suppliers.
