Description

High school diploma completed Experience with operational methods and processes, receiving and storing goods, and verifying loading and unloading. **Responsibilities and duties:** Handle material handling in accordance with established operational standards and work orders to ensure the logistical flow of various items. Operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks using company-provided equipment with proper certification and caution to move and organize heavier materials. Perform material labeling and label replacement, printing labels and applying them to respective items, replacing\-them as needed to ensure correct material identification. Package, seal packages, weigh and count materials, operating counting scales and specialized equipment to ensure materials are properly packaged. Receive and inspect\/verify products and materials following the receiving control plan and reporting any nonconformities to monitor the quality of received products and materials. Participate in annual, monthly, and rotating physical inventories, responding to calls from immediate supervisors to join the inventory counting team.
