**What would you do?**
* Develop and implement utility projects (layout optimization, infrastructure modernization and expansion, energy efficiency, sustainability, operational reliability)
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate audits (NRs, ISO 14001\-45001\-50001, IATF, Infrastructure Insurance Providers, PMOC, AVCB, CETESB, TISAX, among others)
* Manage factory utility systems (electrical power, generators, compressed air, HVAC and climate control, LPG and industrial gases, diesel, water supply, water treatment plant (ETA) and wastewater treatment plant (ETE), building infrastructure)
* Provide technical leadership for the maintenance plan of utility and infrastructure assets, ensuring execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective activities
* Monitor utility system performance indicators, proposing containment, corrective, and improvement actions
* Manage technical contracts and specialized service providers
* Participate in the preparation and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX related to infrastructure and industrial utilities
* Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Manufacturing, EHS, Quality, HR, and other departments to meet company needs
**What are the prerequisites?**
* Bachelor's degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields
* Practical knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing interpretation and execution
* Solid expertise in Utility Management, Regulatory Standards, Legal Requirements, and Supplier Management
* Advanced English proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, MASP, DMAIC, PDCA)
* Experience with ISO 50001 and 45001
* Familiarity with SAP PM
