Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** Key responsibilities: * Coordinate the activities of the electrical and instrumentation team, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance plans; * Analyze and propose maintenance strategies focused on reliability and productivity; * Monitor equipment performance and plant-level indicators such as OEE; * Plan and lead major maintenance shutdowns; * Manage maintenance plans, chronic failure resolution, and loss profiling; * Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes, systems, and strategies; * Support technical decision-making alongside the PCM and reliability teams. **Qualifications** Requirements: * Technical degree in Electrotechnology; * Experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation maintenance; * Team management and maintenance planning experience.
