This is your chance to grow with us.** We are looking for a **Junior Export Analyst** to join our team and support operational and administrative activities related to export processes. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Entering orders into the system (verifying inventory, cargo dimensions, and other information); * Suggesting alternative products to the trader in case of stock unavailability; * Updating the billing spreadsheet and following up with clients regarding proforma invoices and shipments; * Negotiating deadlines with PCP and adjusting labeling, when necessary; * Requesting bookings and transportation through freight forwarders; * Negotiating logistics costs at origin and destination, in accordance with established targets; * Controlling the issuance and tracking of Credit Notes; * Registering new clients in the system and preparing registration forms; * Creating and monitoring SNP and MTO processes (customizations, labeling, decorations, etc.); * Scheduling and coordinating billing with the logistics team; * Organizing client folders with all documents and communications (in compliance with ISO 9001 procedures); * Assisting the Commercial Team (Trader) with financial pending items and outstanding payments. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience handling export routines and/or international logistics; * Advanced English or Spanish; * Proficiency in Excel and SAP system (a plus). **What we offer:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Profit Sharing * Private Pension Plan * Pharmacy Benefits * SESI Partnership.
