This position is for our agricultural segment, where we successfully connect our customers—the producers—and the industry. **PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE ROLE** ----------------------------------- The Customer Service Assistant will perform administrative tasks supporting customer service activities. We seek a professional to help execute well-established customer service activities for our single-site team. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------ * Support systems development and maintenance, and relationship management aligned with customer demand forecasting, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management. * Provide direct administrative support in executing customer service strategies. * Help validate, communicate, and coordinate customer service strategies. * Perform basic administrative tasks to support improvement projects and commitments requiring a foundational understanding of customer service practices and procedures. * Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- * Customer service experience * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Desirable knowledge: * SAP * Power Apps * Power BI * AI \#LI\-KC1 \#LI\-Hybrid At Cargill, every person matters.
