This role is ideal for professionals aiming to build a career in the transportation sector, with focus on negotiation, supplier relationship management, and operational organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop suppliers and affiliated drivers; * Work on the freight desk, supporting negotiations and operational alignment; * Register and update drivers and partners in the system; * Support the transportation team in organizing and monitoring operational demands. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience or exposure in transportation, logistics, or freight desk operations; * Strong communication skills and negotiation aptitude; * Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility; * Basic knowledge of administrative or operational routines in logistics will be considered a plus. **Compensation** Salary: R$ 3\.779,94 **Benefits** * Meal Allowance of R$ 35.00 per day; * Transportation Allowance paid via payroll; * PLR (Profit Sharing); * PTS; * TotalPass; * Dental Care; * Siaze Healthcare Network; * Corporate University. **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM\. **Work Location** Jardim Belval – Barueri/SP.
