Senior Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a **Senior Payroll Analyst** to strategically and operationally manage payroll, labor charges, and ancillary obligations—ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency across all processes. This role plays a key part in supporting internal operations and collaborating with strategic departments, contributing to continuous process improvement, timely deadline adherence, and strengthening the company’s labor governance. We seek a professional with an analytical, organized, proactive profile and solid experience in payroll, labor legislation, and government systems. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and verify payroll routines, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance * Manage processes related to hiring, termination, vacations, labor charges, and ancillary obligations * Handle management and submission of information to eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, FGTS Digital, and other government agencies * Conduct audits, analyses, and validations of labor and social security calculations * Support continuous improvement of internal processes related to payroll and personnel administration * Provide support to internal departments and clarify labor and operational questions * Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and internal policies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Solid experience (5\+ years) in payroll and labor routine management * Knowledge of eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, FGTS Digital, eCAC, and other government platforms * Experience with payroll ERP systems (Domínio preferred) * Additional training in eSocial and Reinf is considered a plus * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills * Effective communication and teamwork capabilities **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with the Domínio ERP system * Languages: English or Spanish * Certifications (e\-social, social charges) **Desired Profile:** * Excellent verbal and written communication * Organization and self-management * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Problem-solving and critical thinking * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent demands * Collaboration and interpersonal relationship skills Build your career with CLA Brasil and become the protagonist of your future.
