Senior Payroll Analyst

***Job Mission:*** Prepare all documents related to payroll processing, including employee onboarding and offboarding, manual entry of supplementary data, calculations for vacation entitlements and other statutory requirements, perform initial verification, and await final verification to generate files for banks and financial department notifications, thereby enabling payment processing for both internal employees and third-party contractors. ***Responsibilities:*** * Monthly entry of payroll variables (overtime hours, substitutions, ad-hoc classes, royalties, vacations, etc.); * Verification and adjustments of payroll statements; * Employee support to clarify questions regarding payroll, deductions, vacations, and benefits; * Payroll reprocessing in cases of inconsistencies; * Generation of banking files, financial CIs, and distribution of payslips; * Control, analysis, and processing of vacations; * Vacation payment calculations, verification, and processing; * Processing payments for autonomous workers and service providers; * Verification of calculations and generation of payment files for autonomous workers; * Support in termination processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and dismissal medical examinations; * Severance calculations and generation of termination documents; * Organization and follow-up of union homologations; * Support to the accounting department in resolving payroll-related discrepancies; * Verification and processing of invoices and payments to PJ service providers; * Annual processing of 13th salary, bonuses, and benefits; * Organization and document control for audits and inspections; * Simulation of termination costs for severance approval; * Issuance of financial reports related to terminations and payroll deductions; * Support for administrative tasks, verifications, reports, and various analyses; ***Requirements:*** * Solid experience in payroll, terminations, and calculations; * Familiarity with hospital FOPAG is desirable; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Training in e\-social will be considered a plus; * Knowledge of the Totvs\-RM system will be considered a plus.
