Then join Tecnofit! **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will identify vulnerabilities, implement security policies, and respond to incidents—ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. * Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents; * Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments; * Implement and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures; * Perform penetration testing (pentest) and periodic security evaluations; * Manage security tools such as antivirus, firewall, SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, XDR; * Ensure organizational compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS); * Promote security awareness campaigns for employees; * Track emerging cybersecurity trends and threats. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), protocols, and cryptography; * Experience with security and monitoring tools; * Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or CIS Controls; * Strong communication skills and analytical ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, CISSP, or similar; * Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Knowledge of DevSecOps. **Additional Information** At Tecnofit, the standard workweek is 40 hours in a hybrid model (3–4 days per week in the office and 1–2 days remotely).
