Process and verify payroll. Manage electronic time tracking, work schedules, and hour bank. Calculate and administer vacations, 13th salary, and leaves of absence. Assess and validate labor charges. Submit and verify information in eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb. Support employees and clarify work-related questions. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
