We guarantee service quality by valuing our employees—with smiles and dedication—ALWAYS CLOSE TO YOU! **MISSION:** To perform cleaning duties in the F&B area and serve all guests professionally and in accordance with Vila Galé standards. **YOUR PROFILE:** * Completed high school and/or currently enrolled. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety equipment. * Prior experience in cleaning within the hotel, healthcare, or medium-to-large supermarket sectors is desirable. * Strong sense of organization and cleanliness, rigor, resilience, customer orientation, and teamwork. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen and dining areas, including floors and walls. * Clean and maintain work machinery and various utensils: tableware, pots, stoves, refrigerators, griddles, freezers, etc. * Manage the internal restaurant, attending to all requirements in the space—including food restocking and supervision of used utensils. * Support buffet quality maintenance by assisting kitchen assistants in identifying restocking needs and replacement of used utensils. * Set up chafing dishes for buffets. * Store waste in designated areas. * Request supplies from supervisors as needed. **WHAT WE OFFER:** Beyond integration into a dynamic company committed to social and environmental causes and valuing its employees, you can expect: Competitive salary and allowances aligned with the role.
