Cafeteria Assistant

Description

Responsibilities: Customer Service and Support * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and water to customers receiving service or waiting in the store's waiting area. * Assemble and organize trays with small accompaniments (cookies, chocolates, etc.) in an elegant manner. * Greet customers courteously and provide courteous assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Cleaning and Organization * Maintain the store's cafeteria and customer-accessible coffee station strictly clean and organized. * Collect used cups and mugs from service tables, counters, and fitting rooms. * Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of coffee machines, thermal carafes, and cafeteria appliances. Cafeteria Supplies Management * Monitor the expiration dates and storage conditions of all food and beverages in the store. * Control inventory of supplies (coffee grounds, capsules, sugar, sweeteners, disposables, and cleaning products). * Request replenishment of materials from the Store Manager in advance to avoid stockouts for customers. Operational Support * Assist in general store environment organization during low-activity periods in the cafeteria. * Support food and beverage preparation and service during special events, collection launches, or in-store cocktail parties. * Ensure proper waste disposal by regularly emptying trash bins in common areas and the cafeteria.
