Service coordination and intersectoral integration **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising the administrative area, ensuring service quality, team performance, and compliance with deadlines and regulations. Manages contracts, budgets, and documents; supports other departments; coordinates general services; and promotes interdepartmental integration. Works with auditors and regulatory bodies, prepares reports, participates in training and personnel selection, and ensures safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with Quality, Environment, and Health guidelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the team and ensure service quality; * Supervise administrative activities and ensure service quality; * Manage team, contracts, documents, and departmental budget; * Support other departments with resources and information; * Coordinate cleaning, security, and maintenance services; * Maintain relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies; * Prepare reports and participate in training and recruitment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Driver's License Category B. **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS** * Salary; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Dental Care; * Gympass; * Zenklub. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
