Apply today!** As a **Guest Service Intern**, you will support the Guest Service and Guest Relations teams in meeting departmental demands, contributing to excellence in our guests' experience. Your role will primarily focus on organizing and executing the delivery of amenities and gifts for VIP guests, as well as supporting operational and administrative routines within the department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support daily activities of the Guest Service and Guest Relations teams; * Assist in organizing and executing the delivery of amenities and gifts for VIP guests; * Contribute to communication and guest request handling, always prioritizing service excellence; * Support organization of materials and maintenance of the department's work environment; * Assist with administrative and operational routines of the department.
