**Job Opening: Bar Assistant** **Working Hours:** From 08:15 to 18:00 **Work Schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off **Days Off:** Flexible between Monday and Friday **Job Description:** We are hiring a **Bar Assistant** to work at CrocoBeach. The role involves supporting beverage preparation, organizing the workspace, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. We seek a proactive, agile individual eager to learn and grow within this field. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing simple beverages (soft drinks, juices, caipirinhas, etc.); * Restock ice, fruits, beverages, and other materials throughout the day; * Wash glasses and utensils, and keep the bar area consistently clean and organized; * Assist with setting up and dismantling the beach kiosk when required; * Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines. **Requirements:** * Agility, responsibility, and good physical stamina; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in bars, beach kiosks, stands, or events; * Basic knowledge of beverage preparation or mixology; * Certification in Good Food Handling Practices. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * 10% discount at the Instituto Gastronômico das Américas (IGA); * University partnership benefits; * 15% discount at Ótica Dias; * Health and dental insurance discounts; * Educational incentives; * Sports incentives (running); * Discount at Crocobeach store.
