This position is part of the **WE Office** model, meaning you will work onsite at our offices. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Analyze documents related to the claims process; * Communicate with clients and/or other departments within the company; * Engage relevant departments and/or contact the client, as needed; * Ensure completeness and accuracy of all fields in the system, guaranteeing compliance and adherence to the SLA – Service Level Agreement; * Identify necessary process improvements; * Maintain updated records and system controls; * Participate in training programs offered by Wiz. **Requirements:*** Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Dynamic and proactive attitude; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Proactivity and adaptability. **Desirable Technical Requirements** * Experience with claim adjudication workflows; * Experience in insurance or in the Credit Protection and Pension products; * Planning and control skills. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
