**We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and eager-to-learn professional to work as a Sales Associate, contributing to excellence in customer service and customer experience.** **Customer/Company Segment:** Gourmet deli and charcuterie segment **Main Responsibilities:** Serve customers and identify their needs. Offer the most suitable products and suggest complementary items. Slice cold cuts and package products. Organize and display merchandise attractively at points of sale. Restock shelves, counters, and freezers. Assist in organizing and cleaning the department. Support monitoring product expiration dates and proper storage conditions. **Requirements:** Willingness to learn, proactivity, and responsibility. Proven experience in sales and slicing cold cuts is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and courteous customer service. **Compensation and Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 1\.988,17 \+ 20% hazardous duty allowance. **Transportation Voucher.** **Meal Voucher:** R$ 21.00 per day. **Outpatient Health Plan after 6 full months.** **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM\.
