Support the development and implementation lifecycle of changes We are looking for a **Mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst** to serve as a strategic liaison between business and technology areas, contributing to identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing processes, and ensuring delivery quality. The professional will be responsible for understanding stakeholder needs, transforming requirements into viable solutions, and supporting the entire development and implementation lifecycle of changes.* Conduct meetings with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and challenges; * Map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency; * Analyze data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities; * Assess technical and financial feasibility of proposed solutions to support decision-making; * Serve as an interface between business areas and technology teams, translating demands and requirements clearly and objectively; * Create and maintain functional documentation, workflows, specifications, and other artifacts in tools such as Jira and Confluence; * Support change implementation by guiding teams and monitoring initiative execution; * Develop scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for solution validation; * Execute functional tests and ensure deliveries meet defined requirements prior to user acceptance testing; * Record test evidence, track defect resolutions, and support quality assurance processes alongside development teams; * Monitor results and impacts of implemented changes, proposing adjustments when necessary; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and alignment meetings with cross-functional teams. #### **Education** * Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. #### **Knowledge and Experience** * Experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation; * Experience in process mapping and improvement; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar); * Experience with management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence; * Knowledge of functional test design and execution; * Analytical capability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse business and technology areas. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate or advanced Spanish; * Intermediate or advanced English.
