Job Summary: Intern to analyze, measure, and estimate construction projects, organizing data using software and spreadsheets, in collaboration with engineering, architecture, and sales teams. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and measure engineering projects. 2. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and the sales department. 3. Update budgets according to project changes. * Analyze projects; measure areas, volumes, and material quantities; use software or spreadsheets to organize this data; prepare full construction cost estimates; collaborate with engineers, architects, and the sales department; update budgets according to project changes. * Technical course in Building Construction or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Intermediate Excel skills. Familiarity with drafting software such as AutoCAD. Experience in construction budgeting (even internship experience is highly valued). * Current enrollment required: Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Building Construction or a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related fields). Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Basic knowledge of budgeting. Basic Excel proficiency (spreadsheets, simple formulas). AutoCAD (for reading drawings). Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
