Civil Engineering Internship - Planning

Polimovi is hiring an intern for the **Civil Engineering – Planning** area. **Work location:** Rotating schedule between our office (Av. Angélica) and construction sites in the central region of São Paulo. **Requirements:** * Enrolled in Civil Engineering (from the 2nd semester onward); * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Interest in construction planning and control; * Analytical, organized profile with strong logical reasoning ability; * Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Attention to detail, good communication skills, and willingness to learn; * Interest in developing a strategic and intellectual understanding of processes and construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Support in preparing and updating physical and financial construction schedules; * Assist in monitoring field activity progress, comparing planned vs. actual performance; * Support in controlling deadlines, productivity, and adherence to the plan; * Update control spreadsheets and construction management reports; * Assist in reviewing and organizing drawings, specifications, and technical documents; * Support in quantity take-offs and input control; * Participate in planning and construction progress meetings; * Support in organizing departmental documentation and indicators; * Contribute to analyses, process improvements, and strategic activity monitoring. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software; * Prior experience on construction sites or internships in this field; * Aptitude for data analysis, information organization, and problem solving. **Benefits:** Internship allowance: R$ 1.700,00 Transportation voucher: provided as needed Meal voucher: R$ 300,00 Life insurance Are you a student seeking a new opportunity—or do you know someone who might be interested?
