Ensure the quality of performed services We are hiring a Construction Foreman to coordinate and execute activities at construction sites, ensuring all stages are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide mason, laborer, and other site personnel teams. * Monitor work progress to ensure schedule compliance. * Interpret blueprints, project documents, and technical specifications. * Manage material inventory and request replenishments as needed. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Record incidents, communicate information to engineering staff, and update site reports. * Ensure service quality. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman. * Knowledge of blueprint reading, quantity surveying, and civil construction techniques. * Leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Completed high school education; additional courses in the field are a plus.
