We are hiring a **Quality Assistant** **– Barueri/SP** If you are passionate about Quality and love transforming processes into results, this opportunity is for you! ✨ **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Support departments in handling Nonconformities; * Record incidents and assist in root cause analysis (5 Whys, * Ishikawa); * Monitor implementation of action plans; * Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS); * Deliver training sessions; * Monitor compliance with procedures and work instructions; * Support maintenance of accreditations and certifications (SASSMAQ); * Collaborate with technical, commercial, * administrative, and operational departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Administration, or Logistics; * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Experience with ISO 9001 or SASSMAQ standards; * Experience in transportation companies, logistics operators, or manufacturing industries; **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday) **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + On-site Meal Benefit + Medical and Dental Assistance + Life Insurance Join a team that values excellence, innovation, and professional growth.
