**Key Responsibilities:** Develop new plastic products and packaging; Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies; Monitor testing, validation, and implementation of new projects; Drive continuous improvement of existing products; Interface with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Sales departments; Specify materials and manufacturing processes; Prepare technical documentation and development reports; Track trends and emerging technologies in the plastics sector. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Production, Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields); Experience in product development, preferably in plastic packaging; Knowledge of plastic transformation processes (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, etc.); Familiarity with plastic materials (resins, properties, and applications); Industrial environment experience; Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in innovation and R&D projects; Knowledge of packaging standards and regulations; Technical English; Experience with technical drawing tools (CAD).
