We value professionals with an owner's mindset, organization, proactivity, and a focus on excellence—individuals who wish to grow alongside the company. ### **About the Quality Department** The Quality Department directly oversees construction standards and ensures compliance with technical regulations and internal processes, guaranteeing excellence in project execution. The team is responsible for ensuring service conformity, monitoring technological controls, and supporting continuous improvement of field processes. ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct site inspections, monitoring execution processes and managerial processes; * Monitor technological control tests; * Verify project compliance with the PCT (Construction Execution Plan); * Ensure compliance with PBQP-H and ISO 9001 requirements; * Inspect on-site service execution; * Interpret projects, technical specifications, and standards; * Conduct visits and travel between different construction sites. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in quality management on construction sites; * Knowledge of construction technological control; * Experience with construction services and execution phases; * Familiarity with daily routines and operations on construction sites; * Proficiency in Excel and Word; * Ability to interpret projects and technical standards; * Willingness to travel between construction sites; * Preferred: prior experience working on construction sites. ### **Selection Process Steps** **Registration and Screening** – Review of submitted information and verification of alignment with the profile. **Interview with People & Management** – Discussion regarding professional background, skills, and expectations. **Interview with Department Managers** – Technical evaluation and alignment with position requirements. **Join Metrocasa!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
