**Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and develop a team of technicians, fostering a safety culture based on safe behavior; * Supervise the implementation of control measures both in support yards and construction sites; * Coordinate root cause investigation and analysis of safety incidents and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions; * Manage the flow of legal documents and compliance with customer requirements, ensuring 100% adherence within deadlines; * Develop and present safety performance indicators to senior management; * Design and implement schedules for mandatory and internal safety training programs; * Propose and implement solutions to eliminate risks in field operations and support yards. * Implement internal safety programs and activities that promote internal (employees) and external (customers) safety awareness. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a completed postgraduate program in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Experience coordinating and/or supervising occupational safety and health (OSH) teams, preferably in the Civil Engineering sector; * Analytical mindset, strong communication skills for training delivery, and ability to negotiate with customers and site managers; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel for technical visits to our project sites.
