Main deliverables: patient registration, sample collection, preparation guidance. **Expected outcomes:** Ensure sample collection complies with regulatory safety standards. **Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree, Nursing Technician, or Clinical Analysis Technician **Technical knowledge:** Venous blood collection procedures using open and closed systems. Collection, packaging, storage, and transportation standards and procedures for collected specimens. Resolutions of the Collegiate Board (RDC) of the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) and regulatory norms. Safe disposal of waste. **Responsibilities:** Register patients and biological samples via the Shift system; Receive service orders and collection requests; Verify correct label printing; Identify specimen collection containers according to required tests; Provide patient preparation instructions (e.g., fasting, rest, etc.); Receive and identify specimens from external collections; Organize and prepare the collection environment and materials; Perform collections while considering client reactions and applicable safety standards before, during, and after collection; Package, dispatch, and dispose of (when necessary) collected specimens; Record pre\-analytical information (e.g., weight, height, urinary volume, etc.) when required; Record non\-receipt of biological specimens (pending items) via the system; Perform and record temperature control via the system; Perform and record daily maintenance and cleaning of the area; Manage departmental supplies, record usage, and request replenishment via the system; Record corrective equipment maintenance via the system when required;
