Description

The Quality Supervisor \- RT is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the execution of activities related to quality control, guaranteeing compliance with established standards and procedures. In addition, this role serves as the company's Technical Representative (RT) before regulatory authorities, ensuring process and product compliance. This professional possesses expertise in the quality field and is essential for ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance of the organization. * Coordinate the quality control team, assigning tasks and guiding team members in daily activities. * Manage quality control processes, ensuring product and process compliance with established standards. * Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality control, ensuring activity standardization. * Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Serve as the company's Technical Representative (RT), responsible for ensuring process and product compliance with current regulations. * Participate in meetings with regulatory authorities to present documentation and clarify questions related to product quality. * Analyze quality control performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions to ensure operational excellence. * Promote a quality culture within the organization by conducting training sessions and raising employee awareness regarding the importance of quality control. * Stay updated on applicable legislation and standards in the industry, ensuring compliance of the company's processes and products. * Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements and ensure product quality from conception through customer delivery.
