A medical laboratory seeks a Laboratory Analyst professional in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Supervise activities related to the collection, identification, packaging, and shipment of biological samples. Ensure compliance with RDC 978 guidelines, issued in 2025\. Act as the technical responsible for the unit, responding to inspections conducted by regulatory agencies. Guarantee sample traceability and integrity. Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Inside's Quality Department. Train and supervise the sample collection team. Control storage and transportation conditions (e.g., temperature). Serve as the technical contact point with the partner laboratory responsible for analyses. Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician, Specialist in Analyses, Laboratory Coordinator, or Laboratory Researcher may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
