Chatbot Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Chatbot Analyst to support the continuous evolution of the institution's virtual assistant, ensuring interactions are clear, helpful, and aligned with the brand's voice. This is a software development company. On a day-to-day basis, this person will analyze real chatbot conversations, identify comprehension failures, adjust dialogue flows, and contribute to improving the knowledge base.
