If you enjoy solving complex problems, automating processes, working closely with engineering teams, and operating in high-availability environments, this opportunity may be right for you. **What you will do** * Monitor and ensure the availability of critical applications and services; * Identify, mitigate, and resolve production incidents; * Develop automations to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency; * Work with observability, metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerts; * Support the evolution of deployment, change, and operations processes; * Participate in root cause analyses (RCA) and implement preventive actions; * Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures; * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams; * Support initiatives related to scalability, reliability, and performance of environments; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational and engineering practices. **What we are looking for** * Experience in application operations, observability, SRE, DevOps, or related areas; * Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS); * Knowledge of containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools); * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines; * Experience in automation and scripting in Python; * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools; * Analytical ability for troubleshooting and incident resolution; * Experience working in agile environments; * Advanced English for communication with global teams.
