Junior Systems Quality Analyst

**POSITION MISSION:** * Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality; * Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues; * Document and report bugs found during testing; * Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes; * Develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools; * Identify, log, document, and track bugs; * Perform comprehensive regression testing with defects; * Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer requirements; * Collaborate with developers, analysts, and Product Owners to ensure quality from the beginning of the development lifecycle (Shift\-left testing); * Coordinate with internal teams to identify system requirements; * Monitor debugging process outcomes; * Investigate root causes of non\-conforming software and train users to implement solutions; * Stay up\-to\-date with new testing tools and strategies. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * **Technical competencies:** ü Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in tech fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines; ü Experience with or knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum); ü Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and software development processes; ü Knowledge of functional and non\-functional testing techniques; ü Knowledge of black\-box and white\-box testing; ü Knowledge of performance and/or security testing is a plus; ü Relevant complementary courses aligned with the required competencies for this role will be considered an advantage; * **Behavioral competencies:** ü Teamwork – ability and ease in collaborating across departments/teams within the company; ü Responsiveness – ability to distinguish urgency vs. importance in order to prioritize daily tasks according to company objectives; ü Flexibility – capacity to adapt solutions in response to unforeseen circumstances arising during the process; ü Organization – being well\-organized and applying process management methods to meet all deadlines. ü Ethics ü Resilience **Employment Type: CLT** **Hybrid Work: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite days to be determined by the area manager according to operational needs)** **Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00** **Benefits:** * **Meal/Ticket Flex allowance;** * **Transportation allowance (no 6% deduction);** * **Health insurance;** * **Dental insurance;** * **Life insurance;** * **Childcare allowance (for children up to 71 months old);** * **Partnerships with educational institutions;**
