We expect all team members to demonstrate effective communication, personal accountability, and continuous learning. **Job Mission:** * The IT Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with internal users and third-party vendors in infrastructure, information security, software development, and automation. They will serve as the central point of contact for all IT projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery while maintaining quality and security standards. **Experience** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT coordination or IT project management roles. * Prior experience in environments utilizing outsourced IT services is a significant advantage. * Solid experience in IT project management, with practical knowledge of both agile and traditional methodologies (e.g., PMI, Scrum). * Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Protheus, and Microsoft collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform). * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and information security to effectively coordinate with third-party vendors. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budget. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with third-party teams to integrate existing and new systems, including ERP Protheus and MS 365\. * Coordinate the implementation of new technological solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and strategic needs. * IT Governance and Compliance: * Ensure all IT operations comply with internal security policies and relevant external regulations (e.g., LGPD). * Develop and implement IT procedures and policies that promote efficiency and security. * Coordinate technical support provided by third-party vendors to Loccus employees. * Facilitate training sessions for end users on newly implemented technologies and IT practices. * Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in IT processes and promote adoption of new technologies. * Participate in defining Loccus’s IT strategy by proposing technology solutions that add business value. * Ability to translate technical requirements into business terms understandable to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * ITIL certification * Microsoft 365 certifications * Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are highly desirable. **Languages** * Intermediate English **Work Model:** * On-site **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM\. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * WellHub (Gympass); **Why Join Our Team?** Why choose Loccus?
