Description
#### **Responsibilities**
* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicle availability and safety.
* Monitor fuel, tire, and other consumables usage, aiming for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate the driver and mechanic teams, defining routes, schedules, and training programs for continuous improvement.
* Implement and monitor fleet performance indicators (KPIs), preparing managerial reports to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with traffic legislation, safety standards, and internal company policies.
* Manage the vehicle lifecycle—from acquisition to disposal—including documentation and licensing.
* Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations, mechanical failures, or accidents.
#### **Requirements**
* Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in managing medium-to-large vehicle fleets.
* Technical knowledge of automotive and vehicular electrical mechanics for light and heavy vehicles.
* Proficiency in fleet management software and vehicle tracking systems.
* Experience managing operational teams, with a focus on leadership and development.
* Advanced knowledge of traffic legislation and regulatory standards in the transportation sector.
* Ability to analyze data and prepare managerial reports for process optimization.
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
