**Job Profile**
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering and possesses a technical profile, with initial experience in project development, capable of supporting the preparation and review of engineering projects (civil, mechanical, and/or electrical), contributing to the development of technical solutions, organizing documentation, participating in cross-team interfaces, and monitoring schedules—ensuring compliance with technical, environmental, and quality standards, always aligned with corporate guidelines and under supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the preparation and review of engineering projects (civil, mechanical, and/or electrical).
* Assist in preparing technical reports, descriptive memoranda, and technical opinions.
* Support the organization, control, and updating of project technical documentation.
* Participate in technical, commercial, and planning meetings as support to the team.
* Assist in analyzing technical issues, contributing to the identification of solutions.
* Support compliance with technical, environmental, and quality standards.
* Contribute to monitoring project deadlines and schedules.
* Interface with internal teams, suppliers, and related departments to support project activities.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Prior experience in this role
Active CREA registration
Willingness to work in other states and municipalities
Willingness to work on construction sites with shift work according to schedule
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Project Management or related fields
* Proficiency in modeling and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, and/or Inventor)
* Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with technical and environmental standards
* Basic technical English
