We are seeking a qualified Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. Key Responsibilities: * Actively participate in internal and/or external project Kick\-Off meetings under your responsibility. * Review tender documents against customer specifications, Sécheron specifications, and cost calculations. * Perform complete electrical engineering tasks, including single-line diagrams (SLD) and detailed schematics. * Prepare manufacturing documentation for electrical components. * Support production, especially during functional testing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with the customer, when requested. * Participate in customer approval of the electrical design, upon request from the project manager. * Apply and improve Record Verification Rules. * Design and implement corrective actions based on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). * Archive documents and respond to customers (via the project manager). * Gather information for technology watch. * Propose ideas for potential patents. **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a similar field or in Power Transmission or Distribution. * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * Languages: Portuguese (native/fluent), English (advanced), Spanish (advanced). **Benefits** We maintain a flat hierarchical structure and encourage direct communication across departments and management levels, enabling agile decision-making.
