We are ready to face new challenges and grow even further. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Conduct internal audit cycles based on ISO 9001, in collaboration with other departments and/or third-party auditors. \- Assist in handling Non-Conformance Terms (NCT), jointly with other departments, to address root causes of non-conformities and implement consistent corrective actions. \- Develop, control, and maintain up-to-date procedures and work instructions, in coordination with other departments. \- Organize quality control programs for services. \- Ensure the defined quality standards for operations. \- Perform quality inspection and control (ISO 9001\). \- Monitor first-, second-, and third-party audits (internal, customer, supplier, and certification body). **REQUIREMENTS:** **\-** Completed high school education \- One year of experience in the Quality field Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
