Therefore, you will find people from different places and backgrounds here, all united by a shared belief in the importance of solidarity and the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will support processes related to reports and pre-publication conferences of test results, and assist with technical department activities. * Review and identification of potential analytical errors, and documentation of such occurrences; * Reporting and review of outsourced results; * Control and creation of internal departmental spreadsheets; * Technical assistance to address client inquiries; **Requirements and Qualifications** To work as a Scheduling Assistant at ALS, we expect you to meet the following basic requirements: * Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s or technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Strong oral and written communication skills to support communication initiatives; * Ability to share information, knowledge, and experience with all team members, working cooperatively and constructively. * Capacity to technically and critically analyze environmental testing methodologies and evaluate them for decision-making purposes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint). **Additional Information** **WORKING HOURS**: MONDAY TO FRIDAY — 7:30 AM TO 5:18 PM **LOCATION**: CARANDIRU UNIT — SP **WHAT WE OFFER:** **Meal Voucher or Food Voucher** – you choose which one to use daily. **Transportation Voucher**, to facilitate your commute. **Health Insurance Plan**, with broad coverage. **Dental Insurance Plan**, for your oral health care. **Wellness and Gym Program.** **Pharmacy Partnership**, ensuring convenience when purchasing medications. **Educational Partnerships**, with universities and language schools. **Birthday Leave**, so you can enjoy your special day.
