Description
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines;
* Manage in-house and third-party maintenance teams;
* Ensure high equipment and facility availability;
* Develop maintenance plans and performance indicators (KPIs);
* Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement;
* Control maintenance budget, contracts, and suppliers;
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects;
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations;
* Support regulatory audits and inspections;
* Manage spare parts and critical materials inventory;
* Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, and operations departments;
* Experience in maintenance of:
* Pumps;
* Pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
* Filling lines;
* Compressors;
* Tanks and pipelines;
* Forklifts;
* Scales and load cells;
* Industrial utilities;
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields preferred;
* Experience coordinating industrial maintenance activities;
* Background in chemical industry, chemical distribution, food, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors;
* Certifications in maintenance or project management.
**Knowledge of:**
* Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC);
* Process Safety Management (PSM);
* Total Productive Maintenance (TPM);
* Maintenance KPIs;
* Cost management;
* NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, and NR-35;
* Team management experience;
* ERP and maintenance management systems;
* Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite.
