Job Summary: Performs low-complexity services across various areas, including civil construction, carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, and general services, supporting the maintenance team. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of low-complexity services across various areas 2. Furniture, door repairs, and light bulb replacement 3. Assistance to maintenance professionals Requirements: \- Elementary education; \- General knowledge of electricity, plumbing, civil construction, painting, mechanics, and carpentry. Experience in hospital maintenance is desirable. Responsibilities: Execution of low-complexity services related to civil construction, carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, and general services; Demolition and repair of walls and floors, and minor corrective painting tasks; Furniture, door, door frame, and accessory repairs; light bulb replacement; Unclogging services; Transportation of documents, materials, and equipment; Technical cleaning, maintenance tasks, blind repairs, and mounting of frames, panels, etc.; In addition to performing the above tasks, assist other maintenance professionals with various duties.
