Optimization of maintenance means and methods * Perform various maintenance and improvement tasks on civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, etc. installations. * Carry out building and equipment maintenance. * Perform electrical, air conditioning, telephone, carpentry, joinery, internal surveillance circuits, hydraulic, cleaning, automotive transportation, and building conservation maintenance. * Implement procedural guidelines and establish priorities, optimizing maintenance means and methods. * Possess general knowledge of components and mechanisms comprising mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as the ability to install them when necessary, thereby enabling inspection of work performed by colleagues. * Perform various maintenance and improvement tasks on civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, etc. installations.
