Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and managing general services, building maintenance, and electrical maintenance activities, ensuring operational safety and proper functioning. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and management of general services and maintenance 2. Inspection and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment 3. Implementation of guidelines and optimization of maintenance methods * Plan activities related to general services (cleaning, conservation, security, and laundry), electrical maintenance, air conditioning, telecommunications, carpentry, joinery, internal surveillance circuits, plumbing, cleaning, automotive transportation, and building conservation. * Possess general knowledge of components and mechanisms comprising mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as the ability to install them when necessary, thereby enabling inspection of work performed by staff. * Implement procedural guidelines and establish priorities, optimizing maintenance resources and methods. * Comply with and enforce internal occupational safety and hygiene regulations to ensure smooth execution of activities. * Safeguard safety, health, and the environment, and protect and maintain assets under one's responsibility.
