We are hiring a Technology and Projects Analyst to join our team!! If you are passionate about sports, interested in entering the industry, and believe you match the profile we are seeking, come work with us!! **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Activities: * Participate in all phases of team projects—from ideation through scope definition, forecasting, task allocation, delivery, implementation, and post-delivery monitoring; * Interface with other teams involved in the projects, ensuring alignment and awareness of each delivery phase; * Attend meetings with external clients for data collection, expectation alignment, and definition of next steps; * Produce weekly reports to document each project’s progress and ensure visibility across all stakeholders; * Be responsible for maintaining IT resources, ensuring the company’s systems operate properly; * Create and review company practices and protocols, assessing the need for adjustments. * Map servers and IT environments; * Manage routines (security procedures, data archiving, backups, etc.). * Control and update systems developed by the company (source code, formalization of procedures, etc.). * Monitor internal and external (cloud-based) data archiving environments. * Support and guide the company’s primary management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with agile methodologies and change management. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, security (firewall, Active Directory), virtualization, and infrastructure management. * **Experience:** Prior experience in technical support, network administration, and people management. **Additional Information** Contract: PJ (Individual Contractor) Hybrid work model Health insurance Dental insurance Founded in 2004, Golden Goal has established itself as one of Brazil’s leading consultancies in sports management and marketing, bridging the corporate world with the sports and entertainment universe.
